Getting there.
Aug. 6th, 2024 08:13 pmHeard from my prof! He's willing to meet! Downside: he said "this week" and did not specify when, so there is a chance I will be video-calling him from the hotel. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.
Bloodwork came back. Apparently I'm low on B12 and need to take supplements. Suppose that would explain some of the fatigue etc. lately.
Restarted the sweater yet again... thought I got it, had the right stitch count for the collar, got to the shoulder short rows and placing markers as needed... and realized I'm off by one stitch. As in, one side has an extra stitch, and the other end is short one. I have no idea where I went wrong or how to fix it. Am currently unknitting it (the thought of frogging yet again is painful, and the yarn is getting fuzzy). Trying not to let this become too great a source of frustration - knitting is meant to be fun - but this pattern is really testing me.
I did make some progress on a couple of crochet projects and managed to get some laundry done. Tomorrow will be about tidying, I think, and packing.
